忌廉 100克

牛油 20克
麵粉 1湯匙

做法:

蘑菇切片

牛油下鑊炒香蘑菇,再加入蒜茸炒香。再加入麵粉炒勻

加入水和忌廉煮滾,加鹽即成

1. Slice mushrooms.
2. Stir-fry mushroom with butter, Add in minced garlic and keep stir-frying. Then mix well with flour.
