做法:
1.薑切粒,紅椒切絲,蒜頭切碎。西蘭花切小朵,西蘭花梗切片。
2.水滾,加鹽和糖,放入西蘭花汆水,撈起。再煲滾水,加鹽糖,蜆肉汆水,撈起。
3.燒熱油,爆香薑、蒜頭和辣椒,加入蜆肉同炒。灒紹酒,加入沙茶醬、生抽和糖。加入西蘭花炒勻。粟粉芡水收汁。
