Method:
1.Heatbutter,putinsugarandsimmeroverlowheattillmelts.Putinblueberriesandpourinwhitewine,simmertillblueberriessoft,takeoutanddiscaldtheblueberries.Reservethejuice.
2.Mixflour,eggs,milkandbakingpowder,pourinblueberriesjuice,mixwell.
3.Brushbutterintocoffeecups,sprinkleinflour,pourinthemixtureandtopwithsomeblueberries,bakein180℃ovenfor20mins.Takeoutandsprinkleicingsugarontop.Serve.
