Method:
1.Putprawnsonskewers,chillfor5minutes,removetheshellandkeepthetailandhead.Thenmarinatewithdashofsalt.Mixmincedshrimpwithdashofsalt,pepperandsesameoil.
2.Wrapeachprawnwithsomemincedshrimp.Coatwithsomealmondslices.
3.Blanchbroccoliinboilingwaterwithsomeoilandsalt.
4.Heatsomeoil,putintheprawn,turntolowheatanddeepfrytheprawnfor5-7minutes,thenturntohighheatandkeepdeepfryingtheprawntillgoldenbrown,takeout,removetheskewer.Servewithbroccoli.
