食譜韓國菜豬肉蔬菜炒煮15分鐘以下
2. 將泡菜水、韓國辣椒醬、生抽、紅椒粉、糖加入豬腩肉,攪拌均勻,醃30分鐘。
3. 燒熱油,煎香豬腩肉,加入蒜頭、泡菜、麻油,炒至均勻。
Pan fried Pork Belly with Kimchi and Cheese
Korean style hot pepper paste 2 teaspoons
1. Cut pork belly into pieces. Mince garlic. Squeeze out kimchi water and mince.
2. Put kimchi, Korean style hot pepper paste, soy sauce, paprika, sugar into pork belly, mix well and marinate 30 mins.
3. Heat the oil, pan fry pork belly, then put in garlic, kimchi, sesame oil, stir fry until mix well.
4. Put in mozzarella cheese, cover the lid and cook 3 mins.
