【三餸一湯】蒜子絲瓜

材料:
蒜頭6粒
絲瓜1條
葱2條
雞湯50毫升
糖少許
鹽少許
麻油少許
做法:
1.
蒜頭去皮,切葱花。燒熱油,蒜頭原粒慢煎至表面金黃。絲瓜削皮,切三段,切條。
2.
燒熱油,炒絲瓜和蒜粒,加入雞湯,蓋上中火煮3分鐘,加鹽和糖,下麻油,撒葱花。

Sauteed Loofah with garlic
Ingredients:
Garlic 6 cloves
Loofah 1 pc
Green onion 2 pcs
Chicken broth 50ml
Sugar Little
Salt Little
Sesame oil Little
Steps:
1.
Peel off skin of garlic. Shred green onion. Heat the oil, pan fry whole garlic until turn to golden colour. Peel off skin of loofah, then cut loofah in three parts. Cut in slice then cut in strips.
2.
Heat the oil, pan fry loofah. Then put in garlic and chicken broth. Cover the lid and cook in mid heat for 3 minutes. Season with salt and sugar. Put in sesame oil and green onion.
