【三餸一湯】牛肉碎大白菜湯

牛肉食譜蔬菜30-60分鐘

材料:
大白菜1個
牛肉碎200克
味噌1湯匙
辣醬1湯匙
蒜頭2粒
葱花2條
秀珍菇30克
清湯1公升
做法:
1.
蒜頭拍扁切碎,切葱花。秀珍菇對切,大白菜對切後切絲。
2.
燒熱油,爆香牛肉碎,加蒜頭,下白菜絲炒勻,加秀珍菇和清湯1公升,蓋上收中火煲20分鐘。加入味噌和韓國辣醬拌勻,加葱花。

Korean chili paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 cloves
Green onion 2 pcs
Oyster mushroom 30g
Chicken broth 1L
Steps:

Press garlic and shred it. Shred green onion. Cut oyster mushroom in half. Cut cabbage in half and cut in strips.

Heat the oil, pan fry minced beef. Put in garlic and cabbage. Stir fry, and then put in oyster mushroom. Put in 1L of chicken broth. Cover the lid and cook in mid heat for 20 minutes.

Put in miso and chili paste. Stir well, and put in green onion.
