做法:

雞翼底面割兩刀,加醃料醃5分鐘。薯片放入密實袋中封好,敲碎。

雞翼加入麵粉拌勻,加入蛋拌勻,沾上薯片碎。
3.
燒滾油,收中火炸雞翼,兩面不時翻轉直至熟。

Ingredients:
Potato chips 80g
Wingette 500g
Egg 1 pc
Flour 2 table spoons
Marinade:
Sugar Little
Salt Little
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Steps:

Slightly slice the back of wingette. Marinate wingette with marinade for 5 minutes. Put chips in zip lock bag, crush the chips.

Mix wingette with flour, then put in egg and mix well. Cover wingette with chips.
3.
Heat the oil, deep fry wingette in mid-heat. Turn both side until wingette is done.
