1. Clean dried shrimp, then stir fry dried shrimp without oil. Chop coriander. Mix minced pork with mud carp, put in dried shrimp and coriander. Stir the mixture with clockwise direction. Tear cheese in small pieces and put in mixture. Stir well.

3. Heat the oil, put in fish cake. Pan fry with mid-low heat. Turn to fry another side when it fixes the shape. Cover the lid and cook in low heat for 5 minutes. Open the lid, turn another side and pan fry it.
