三餸一湯|泰式雜菜粒粒 Thai Style Stir fried Mixed Vegetables
食譜泰國菜蔬菜豆類素食炒15分鐘以下
1. 百頁豆腐切粒;香茅切粒;檸檬葉切絲;蒜頭切碎;辣椒切粒。
3. 原鑊燒熱米糠油,加入蒜頭、香茅、檸檬葉,炒至均勻。
5. 加入辣椒、魚露、糖、泰式辣椒粉,炒至均勻,最後加入花生,炒至均勻。

Kaffir lime leaves 2 slices
Thai style hot pepper powder 2 teaspoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Dice shutter bean curd. Dice lemongrass. Shred kaffir lime leaves. Mince garlic. Dice hot pepper.
2. Heat the rice bran oil, pan fry shutter bean curd until golden brown, then take out.
3. Heat the rice bran oil in the same pan, put in garlic, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, stir fry until mix well.
4. Put in mixed vegetables, shutter bean curd, stir fry until mix well.
5. Put in hot pepper and fish sauce, sugar, Thai style hot pepper powder, stir fry until mix well, finally put in peanut and stir fry until mix well.
