三餸一湯|青木瓜紅衫魚花生湯 Green Papaya, Golden Threadfin Bream and Peanut Soup

青木瓜紅衫魚花生湯
材料:
青木瓜 1個
紅衫魚 300克
花生 100克
陳皮 1片
薑 50克
鹽 適量
米糠油 適量
步驟:
1. 陳皮、花生浸水;青木瓜去皮、對切、切件。
2. 薑切片;陳皮刮去果瓤。
3. 紅衫魚印乾水分,燒熱油,煎紅衫魚至全熟,加入滾水,煮5分鐘。
4. 將魚、魚湯、薑、陳皮、青木瓜、花生,加入至滾水。
5. 蓋上蓋,以中火煲45分鐘,最後加入適量鹽。
Green Papaya, Golden Threadfin Bream and Peanut Soup
Ingredients:
Green papaya 1 pc
Golden threadfin bream 300g
Peanut 100g
Aged peel 1 slice
Ginger 50g
Salt some
Rice bran oil Some
Steps:
1. Soak aged peel and peanut. Peel green papaya, cut green papaya into two pieces, then cut into pieces.
2. Slice ginger. Scrape off white pith of aged peel.
3. Wipe golden threadfin bream with kitchen paper. Heat the oil, pan fry golden threadfin bream until well done, then put in boiling water and cook 5 mins.
4. Put fish, fish soup, ginger, aged peel, green papaya and peanut into boiling water.
5. Cover the lid and cook 45 mins with mid-heat, finally put in some salt.
