Stir-Fried Black Fungus with Cucumber
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1 pc
Black Fungus 100 g
Little Shredded Carrots
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
Seasonings:
Some Salt
Some Sugar
Steps:
1. Cut cucumber and black fungus into pieces.
2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add in cucumber and shredded carrots, stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add in black fungus and stir-fry.
4. Add in salt and sugar and stir-fry. Done.
