材料:
洋葱 半個
肥牛片 15片
日本豉油 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
水 約200ml
做法:
1.
洋葱切條。
2.
肥牛片汆水20秒,洗淨。
3.
燒熱油,炒洋葱直至變軟。
4.
加入味醂、日本豉油、水,蓋上蓋煮10分鐘。
5.
加入肥牛,蓋上蓋煮5分鐘。
Japanese Onion with Beef
Ingredient:
Onion ½ pc
Sliced beef 15 pcs
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Water around 200ml
Step:
1.
Cut onion into strips.
2.
Blanch sliced beef 20 seconds, wash with water.
3.
Heat the oil, pan fry onion until soft.
4.
Add mirin, japanese soy sauce and water, cover the lid cook 10 mins.
5.
Add sliced beef, cover the lid cook 5 mins.
