4. 燒熱油,以中火炸銀魚仔3分鐘,再取出及瀝乾油分。
Deep fried Sliver Fish with Salted Egg Yolk
1. Drain sliver fish water. Dice spring onion.
2. Take salted egg yolk, steam salted egg yolk 20 mins with high heat, then take out salted egg yolk and crush.
3. Put cornstarch into sliver fish and mix well.
4. Heat the oil, deep fry sliver fish 3 mins with mid heat, take out and drain oil.
5. Heat the butter, put in salted egg yolk until gets bubbles.
6. Put in salt, sliver fish and mix well.
