腩排400克
薑8片
葱2棵(切粒)
調味料:
紹興酒125毫升
八角1粒
生抽1湯匙
冰糖40克
水適量
醃料:
生抽2湯匙
糖1湯匙
做法:
排骨洗淨,抹乾
下醃料醃30分鐘
燒熱1湯匙油,爆香薑片
下排骨炒勻
加入紹興酒及水至浸過排骨
下八角,以大火煮5分鐘
加入生抽、冰糖
轉中火加蓋燜煮10分鐘至汁稠
放上葱粒,完成
Wine Braised Pork Rib
Ingredients:
400g pork spare rib
8 ginger slices
2 stalk spring onion (diced)
Seasonings:
125ml Shaoxing wine
1 star anise
1 tbsp soy sauce
40g rock sugar
Some water
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Steps:
Rinse pork rib, pat dry.
Marinate 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir fry ginger slices.
Add pork rib and stir fry.
Add Shaoxing wine and water until cover pork rib.
Add star anise. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and rock sugar.
Adjust to medium heat. Cover and braise 10 minutes until sauce thicken.
Add spring onion. Done
