【三餸一湯】菠菜豬膶湯

30-60分鐘食譜蔬菜豬肉

材料:

菠菜 2棵
豬膶 200克
薑 3片
杞子 數粒

調味料:

胡椒粉 半茶匙
糖 半茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
紹酒 1茶匙
薑茸 1茶匙

做法:
1.
菠菜去頭、切段。
2.
豬膶切片,加調味料醃15分鐘。
3.
滾水下杞子和薑片,豬膶煮五分鐘。
4.
加入菠菜滾片刻,加鹽完成。

Spinach and Pork Liver Soup

Ingredients:

Spinach 2 stalks
Pork Liver 200 g
Ginger 3 slices
Medlar Seeds few pcs

Seasonings:

White Pepper ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Shaoxing Wine 1 tsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp

Steps:

1. Remove head of the spinach and cut into sections.
2. Slice pork liver, marinate it for 15 minutes with white pepper, sugar, light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and minced ginger.
3. Add medlar seeds and ginger slices into boiling water, and cook pork liver for 5 minutes.
