1.Washcarrotandpotato,thendice.Washandshredcabbage.Washandslicechillies.
Blanchcarrot,potatoandcabbageinboilingwaterwithalittlesalt,takeoutanddrain.
2.Heatsomeoil,putinudon,shallowfrytillgoldenbrown,takeoutanddrain.
3.Heatalittleoil,stirfrygreencurrypaste.Putincarrot,potato,cabbage,chilliandalittlewater,simmertillboil,takeoutandpourontopofudon.Serve.
