材料:
仿鮑片50克
蛋3隻
葱2條
清湯(跟蛋液同量)
糖少許
鹽少許
紹酒少許
蒸魚豉油少許
麻油少許
做法:
1. 切葱花,半份仿鮑片切粒。打蛋,加同等量清湯拌勻,下糖、鹽和紹酒調味。蛋液中加入仿鮑粒,拌勻。
2. 將蛋液倒入蒸熱的碟中,封上耐熱保鮮紙,大火隔水先蒸12分鐘。
3. 打開保鮮紙,排上其餘仿鮑片,蓋上再蒸2分鐘。取出,淋少許蒸魚豉油,加麻油,撒葱花。
Steamed egg with mock abalone
Ingredients:
Mock abalone 50g
Egg 3 pcs
Green onion 2 pcs
Chicken broth (same quantity as egg )
Sugar Little
Salt Little
Shao Xing wine Little
Seasoned soy sauce for seafood Little
Sesame oil Little
Steps:
1.
Shred green onion. Dice half portion of mock abalone. Beat eggs. Put in same portion of chicken broth, and season with sugar and salt. Put in Shao Xing wine and diced mock abalone, stir well.

Put egg mixture into steam plate, then seal with heat resistant cling film. Steam in high heat for 12 minutes.
3.
Open the cling film, then put the rest of abalone on steamed egg. Cover the lid and steam for 2 more minutes. Pour a little seasoned soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle green onion.
