材料:
菠菜 半斤
豬肝 約 $10
杞子 10粒
薑泥 1茶匙
米酒 1湯匙
胡椒粉 少許
地瓜粉 少許
做法:
1.
豬肝洗淨後切片,再用清水洗一次。
2.
薑磨成泥,菠菜切段。
3.
薑泥、米酒、胡椒粉、地瓜粉加入豬肝片醃製。
4.
豬肝在微滾的熱水中汆水10秒,取出備用。
5.
煲起熱水後,將豬肝、杞子加入,蓋上蓋煮2分鐘。
6.
加入菠菜,蓋上蓋煮15分鐘。
Spinach and Pork Liver Soup
Ingredient:
Spinach ½ catty
Pork liver around $10
Wolfberry 10 pcs
Minced ginger 1 teaspoon
Rice wine 1 tablespoon
Pepper little
Potato starch little
Step:
1.
Wash pork liver and cut to pieces then wash again.
2.
Grind ginger until minced, spinach cut into strips.
3.
Add minced ginger, rice wine, pepper and potato starch into Pork Liver.
4.
Blanch pork liver into hot water 10 seconds and take out.
5.
Put pork liver and wolfberry into boiling water, cover the lid cook for 2 mins.
6.
Add spinach and cover the lid cook for 15 mins.
