【三餸一湯】蒜茸蝦

材料:
蝦250克
蒜頭5粒
芫荽2條
紅椒2條
紅椒粉少許
鹽半茶匙

做法:
1.
切碎芫荽梗、芫荽葉、辣椒和蒜頭。
2.
蝦去頭去殼,蝦背切一刀。
3.
燒熱油,爆蒜頭、辣椒和芫荽梗,加鹽。爆炒蝦,下芫荽葉和辣椒粉。

Sauteed prawn with garlic
Ingredients:
Prawn 250g
Garlic 5 cloves
Parsley 2 pieces
Red chili 2 pieces
Paprika Little
Salt Little

Steps:
1.
Chop the stem of parsley, leaves and red chili. Press garlic and chop it.
2.
Take off the head and shell of prawn. Cut the back of prawn.
3.
Heat the oil, stir fry garlic, red chili and parsley stem. Season with salt , stir fry with prawn. Put in parsley leaves and paprika.
