材料:
勝瓜 1條
蝦 8隻
雲耳 5片
薑 2片
雞湯 250毫升
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
步驟:
1.雲耳浸水、勝瓜去皮及切件、薑切片。
2.蝦洗淨後去殼,將鹽、胡椒粉加入蝦,攪拌均勻。
3.燒熱油,爆香薑片。
4.加入勝瓜、雲耳、雞湯,蓋上蓋,煮5分鐘。
5.加入蝦,煮3分鐘。
Shrimp and Angled Luffa with Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
Angled luffa 1 pc
Shrimp 8 pcs
Wood ear 5 pcs
Ginger 2 pcs
Chicken soup 250ml

Pepper little
Steps:
1.Soak wood ear, peel angled luffa then cut in chunk, slice ginger.
2.Shell shrimp after wash, put in salt and pepper into shrimp and mix well.
3.Heat the oil, pan fry ginger.
