1. Put egg in pan and boil for 10 minutes. Marinate minced pork with marinade. Put boiled eggs in cold water to cool down. Crush egg shell and peel it. Spread cling wrap, put on ⅓ of minced pork, then put on egg. Hold up and twist cling wrap. Wrap boiled egg with minced pork.
2. Put flour on plate, roll meat ball on flour. Take off excess flour. Heat the oil, fry meatball and roll it in oil. Fry it until turn brown.
3. Put soy sauce, dark soy sauce and coca cola in pan and boil. Put back meatball in pan. Roll it to absorb sauce. Cover the lid and cook in mid-heat for 15 minutes. Take out meatball, turn to high heat and thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Put meatball in pan and stick on sauce. Cut meatball in half.
