【三餸一湯】蝦乾豬肉福袋 Dried Shrimps and Pork Lean with beancurd pocket
食譜豬肉日本菜蝦蔬菜煮15-30分鐘
2. 將1湯匙日本醬油、1湯匙味醂、糖加入豬肉,醃15分鐘。
4. 將櫻花蝦米加入豬肉,攪拌均勻,將豬肉釀入日式油揚,用韭菜綁起。
5. 煲滾水,加入餘下日本醬油、味醂、清酒,加入櫻花蝦豬肉福袋,蓋上蓋,煮10分鐘。
Dried Shrimps and Pork Lean with beancurd pocket
Japanese beancurd pocket 3 slices
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
1. Cut Japanese beancurd pocket into two pieces, cut chive flowers head and tail.
2. Put 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin, sugar into minced pork lean, marinate 15 mins.
3. Put chive flowers into boiling water, cook 2 mins and take out.
4. Put sakura shrimp into minced pork lean and mix well, put minced pork lean into Japanese beancurd pocket, use chive flowers tied up.
5. Boil the water, put in the rest of Japanese soy sauce, mirin, sake, put in Japanese beancurd pocket, cover the lid and cook 10 mins.
