做法:
南瓜 300克
雞翼 10隻
薑 3片
蒜頭 3粒(略拍)
醃料:
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
調味料:
蠔油 2湯匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 2茶匙
水 150毫升
做法:
1. 南瓜去皮及瓤,洗淨,切小件。
2. 雞翼洗淨,加醃料醃20分鐘。
3. 燒熱3湯匙油,爆香薑片及蒜頭,下雞翼煎至七成熟。
4. 下南瓜同炒,拌入調味料,加蓋燜煮至汁稠。

10 chicken wing midsections
3 ginger slices
3 cloves garlic (lightly smashed)
Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
Seasonings:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp corn starch
150ml water
Steps:
1. Peel pumpkin and remove seed pouch. Rinse pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
2. Rinse chicken wings and marinate 20 minutes.
3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Stir fry ginger slices and garlic. Add chicken wings and pan fry until 70% done.
4. Add pumpkin and stir fry. Add seasonings. Cover wok and braise until sauce thicken.
