【三餸一湯】松茸瑤柱瘦肉蘋果湯

食譜蔬菜豬肉水果湯水60分鐘以上

材料:
松茸 1両
瑤柱 1小碗 (視乎大小)
瘦肉 約$30
蘋果 2個 (視乎大小)
南北杏 約15粒
紅棗 4粒

做法:
1.
松茸、瑤柱、南北杏泡水。
2.
瘦肉洗淨後切成小件,汆水後再洗淨瘦肉。
3.
蘋果、紅棗切開去芯。
4.
滾水下松茸、瑤柱、瘦肉、蘋果、南北杏、紅棗。
5.
蓋上蓋轉小火煲1.5小時。

Ingredients:
Matsutake mushroom 1 tael
Dried Scallops small bowl (depending on size)
Pork lean round $30
Apple 2 pcs
Apricot kernel around 15 pcs
Red jujube 4 pcs

Steps

1.
Matsutake mushroom, dried scallops, apricot kernel soak in water.
2.
Wash pork lean and cut to pieces and blanch pork lean then wash again.
3.
Apple and red jujube cut to pieces and cored.
4.
Put matsutake mushroom, dried scallops, pork lean, apple, apricot kernel and red jujube into boiling water.
5.
Cover the lid and cook with low heat for 1.5 hour.

乾松茸注水浸泡。

瘦肉洗淨後切件。

蘋果去芯切開數瓣。

燒熱滾水,放瘦肉汆水撈起浸在清水中略洗。
