Sliced Sea Whelk and Four-Herbal Soup
1. Soak gordon euryale, common yam rhizome, lotus seed, Indian buead.
2. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Cut corn into pieces. Cut Indian coconut into pieces.
3. Blanch sliced sea whelk.
4. Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat.
