做法:
1. 落麻油,用慢火煎薑片至乾身。
2. 放入雞件煎香。
3. 加入米酒、杞子及水煮半小時。
4. 下鹽調味,完成。
Sesame Oil Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Pieces 300 g
Ginger 10 Slices
Medlar Seeds 1 tbsp
Seasonings:
Some Salt
Sesame Oil 3 tbsp
Rice Wine 1 Bowl
Some Water
Steps:
1. Add in sesame oil and pan-fry ginger slices over low heat till dried body.
2. Add in chicken pieces and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add in rice wine, medlar seeds and water and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Season with salt. Done.
