【三餸一湯】烤雙椒伴焦糖洋葱

材料:
黃椒 1個
青椒 1個
洋葱 1/2個
紫洋葱 1/4個
紅糖 少許

做法:
1.洋葱、紫洋葱切塊。青、黃椒切塊。
2.熱油鑊,下青、黃椒,小火煎烤至金黃,盛起,備用。
3.熱油鑊,小火炒洋葱、紫洋葱至軟身。
4.加入紅糖拌勻,炒至溶且帶金黃,青、黃椒回鑊並炒勻,下鹽調味,即可。

Ingredients:

Green pepper 1 pc
Onion ½ pc
Purple onion ¼ pc
Brown sugar Little

Steps:
1.Cut the onion and purple onion to pieces. Cut the green pepper, yellow pepper to pieces.
2.Heat the oil. Put in green pepper and yellow pepper. Pan-fry with low heat and until golden, take it out.
3.Heat the oil. Cook with low heat and stir-fry onions and purple onions until soft. Put in brown sugar and spread evenly.
