材料:
青尖椒1條
薯仔1個
五花腩片(煲湯烚好切薄片)180克
蒜頭2粒
調味:
豆豉醬1湯匙
紹酒1茶匙
糖少許
生抽半茶匙
做法:
1.
薯仔削皮,對切,切成薄片。青尖椒和蒜頭切片。
2.
燒熱油,加入五花腩片煎至兩面帶金黃,煎出多餘的油,撈起。
3.
原鑊爆香蒜頭和薯仔,加少許紹酒,蓋上煎焗2分鐘。加入五花腩片拌炒,
加入青椒,加入調味炒至乾身。
Sauteed pork belly with potato
Ingredients:
Green pepper 1 piece
Potato 1 piece
Pork belly slices ( Cooked ) 180g
Garlic 2 cloves
Seasoning:
Fermented bean paste 1 Tablespoon
Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
Sugar Little
Soy sauce ½ teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Peel the potato skin and cut in half, then cut potato in slices. Cut green pepper and garlic in slices.
2.
Heat the oil, pan fry pork belly until turn golden brown. Take out the pork belly. .
3.
Pan fry garlic and potato. Put a little Shao Xing wine in pan then cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Stir fry with pork belly and green pepper. Season with fermented bean paste, wine, sugar and soy sauce. Stir fry until no sauce leave on pan.
