西芹 半邊

腰果 適量
醃料:
鹽 少許
糖 少許
胡椒粉 少許
酒 1湯匙
生粉 1茶匙
芡汁料:
生抽 1茶匙
蠔油 1湯匙
生粉水 2湯匙
做法:
1.
雞柳切件,加鹽、糖、胡椒粉、酒、生粉醃好。
2.
西芹、紅蘿蔔切粒。
3.
西芹、紅蘿蔔氽水。
4.
燒紅鑊, 滾油炒熟雞柳。
5.
放西芹、紅蘿蔔炒勻, 加入芡汁。
6.
放腰果炒勻。
Stir-Fried Chicken Fillet with Celery and Cashew
Ingredients:
Chicken Fillet 200g
Celery ½ pc
Red Carrot ½ pc
Some Cashew
Marinades:
Little Salt
Little Sugar
Little White Pepper
Wine 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Sauce:
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn Starch Water 2 tbsp
Steps:
1. Chop chicken fillet into pieces, then add in salt, sugar, white pepper, wine and corn starch and marinate well.
2. Chop celery and red carrot, then plunge them into boiling water.
3. Heat the wok, stir-fry chicken fillet with oil.
4. Add in celery and red carrot and stir-fry. Add in starchy sauce.
5. Add in cashew.
