【三餸一湯】士多啤梨慕絲杯

食譜水果粵菜15-30分鐘

材料:
士多啤梨粒 200克
牛奶 200毫升
淡忌廉 150毫升
糖 50克
魚膠粉 10克
水 30毫升

魚膠粉與水拌勻,備用
士多啤梨粒與糖放入小鍋中,以小火煮爛
加入牛奶、魚膠粉溶液
煮至微滾,放涼
忌廉打發至企身
拌入士多啤梨奶
倒入小杯中雪至凝固
加上預留的士多啤梨作裝飾,完成

Strawberry Mousse Cup
Ingredients:
200g strawberry
200ml milk
150ml whipping cream
50g sugar
10g gelatin powder
50ml water

Steps:
Mix gelatin powder and water, set aside.
Boil strawberry and sugar over low heat until thicken.
Add milk and gelatin mixture.
Boil until slightly boil. Let cool.
Whip cream until stiff peak form.
Mix with strawberry milk.
Pour into small cup. Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with strawberries. Done.
