【三餸一湯】冬瓜魚乾湯

材料:
冬瓜250克
魚乾30克
葱2條
木耳10克
薑1片
鹽少許
麻油少許
做法:
1.
魚乾和木耳浸水。冬瓜去皮,切大塊,去籽後切方粒。切薑絲和葱花。
2.
水滾加薑,加冬瓜和魚乾,水滾再收中火煲20分鐘。
3.
加入木耳滾2分鐘,下鹽和麻油,加葱花。

Winter melon and dried fish soup
Ingredients:
Winter melon 250g
Dried fish 30g
Green onion 2 pcs
Black fungus 10g
Ginger 1 slice
Salt Little
Sesame oil Little
Steps:
1.
Soak dried fish and black fungus with water. Peel off skin of winter melon. Cut winter melon in chunk, take out seeds. Then dice winter melon. Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion.
2.
Put ginger and winter melon in water. Then put in dried fish, turn to mid heat and cook for 20 minutes.
3.
Put black fungus in pot and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and sesame oil. Put in green onion.
