材料:

紅蘿蔔1個
粟米2條
瘦肉300克
南北杏10克
蜜棗3粒
水4公升
做法:
雪梨洗淨,去籽切件
紅蘿蔔去皮,洗淨切件
粟米去衣,洗淨切件
南北杏及蜜棗洗淨
瘦肉汆水備用
煲滾4公升水
放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘
轉慢火煲約2小時
下少許鹽調味,完成
Ingredients:
3 snow pears
1 carrot
2 sweet corns
300g lean pork
10g sweet apricot kernel and bitter apricot kernel
3 candied dates
4L water
Steps:
Peel snow pears. Remove seeds and cut into pieces.
Peel carrots. Rinse and cut into pieces.
Remove corn husk. Rinse and cut into pieces.
Rinse apricot kernels and candied dates.
Briefly scald lean pork with boiling water.
Boil water.
Add all ingredients.
Bring to boil over high heat for 30 minutes.
Adjust to low heat and boil for 2 hours.
Add a little salt. Done.
