做法:

檸檬葉切幼絲,豆角切粒

將魚肉,檸檬葉絲,豆角粒、紅咖喱醬、魚露混合至起膠
3.
用手搓成魚餅
4.
落鑊煎熟即成

Ingredients:
Fish Meat 200 grams
Lemon Leaves 5 pcs
Long Beans 5 pcs
Seasonings:
Red Curry Sauce 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
Steps:
1.Finely shred lemon leaves and dice long beans.
2. Mix fish meat, shredded lemon leaves, chopped long beans, red curry sauce, fish sauce till its gluey.
3. Use hand to knead into fish cake
4. Put in wok and pan-fry till fully cooked. Done
