材料:
洋葱 半個
茄子 1條
蒜頭 3粒
麵豉醬 2大匙
蠔油 2茶匙
水 少許
冰糖 少許
紹興酒 少許
做法:
1.
麵豉醬、蠔油、水拌勻備用。
2.
將洋葱、茄子切成條,蒜頭切粒。
3.
燒熱油後將蒜頭爆香。
4.
下洋蔥,將洋葱至變軟後再加入茄子炒香。
5.
加入醬汁煮開。
6.
加入冰糖及紹興酒。
7.
轉中小火,蓋上蓋煮6分鐘
Salted Yellow Beans Paste with Onion and Eggplant
Ingredients:
Onion 1/2 pc
Eggplant 1 pc
Garlic 3 pcs
Salted yellow beans 2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce 2 teaspoons
Water little
Rock sugar little
Shao Xing wine little
Steps:
1.
Salted yellow beans, and oyster sauce mix with water.
2.
Cut onion and eggplant into strips, dice garlic.
3.
Heat the oil and fry garlic with high heat.
4.
Add onion and fry onion until soft, add eggplant and fry.
5.
Add sauce.
6.
Add rock sugar and Shao Xing wine.
7.
Cook for 6 mins with mid-heat.
