【三餸一湯】午餐肉洋葱煎蛋

材料:
午餐肉 2-3片
雞蛋 4-5隻
洋葱 半個
葱 適量
糖 少許

做法:
1. 午餐肉、洋葱及葱切粒,備用。
2. 準備一個大碗,打雞蛋拂勻。
3. 蛋液裏加入午餐肉粒、洋葱粒及葱粒拌勻,加少許糖調味。
4. 燒熱平底鑊,下油,倒入蛋糊,以中火煎香。
5. 蛋糊煎至半熟,用鑊鏟分成四份,再把每份煎蛋對摺,即可上碟。

Egg 4 to 5 piece
Onion Half piece

Sugar Pinch

Steps:
1. Cut the luncheon meat, onion and spring onion into pieces and set aside.
2. Prepare a large bowl and beat eggs.
3. Add the luncheon meat, onion and spring onion in the egg mixture and mix well, season with a pinch of sugar.
4. Heat the pan, add oil, pour in egg mixture, and fry on medium heat.
5. Fry until the eggs are half-cooked, use a spatula to divide into four, and fold each piece in half to serve.
