【三餸一湯】冬瓜排骨鹹蛋湯 Winter melon, spareribs and salted egg soup
食譜粵菜湯水家常菜蔬菜豬肉煲60分鐘以上
1. 排骨汆水。切薑絲和葱花,冬瓜去籽,連皮切片。
2. 煲滾1.2公升水,加薑、排骨和冬瓜,蓋上收中細火煲50分鐘。
3. 開蓋,撇油,加鹹蛋。蓋上,再煲10分鐘。撒葱花。
Winter melon, spareribs and salted egg soup
1. Blanch spareribs and drain it. Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion. Take out seeds of winter melon and slice it.
2. Boil 1.2L of water, put in ginger, spareribs and winter melon. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low for 50 minutes.
3. Open the lid, take out excess oil. Put in salted egg. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Put in green onion.
