【三餸一湯】節瓜蝦米粉絲煲

食譜蔬菜粉麵15-30分鐘

材料:
節瓜 (大) 1條
粉絲 1包
蝦米 1湯匙
薑片 4片
蒜片 6片
水 100毫升
鹽 適量

調味:
蠔油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙

做法:
1.節瓜去皮切幼條。粉絲及蝦米分別放在水中浸軟。
2.薑及蒜頭去皮切片。
3.下油,油滾,爆香蒜片及薑片,加入蝦米炒勻,放入節瓜,加水,以鹽調味,加蓋煮約8-10分鐘,直至節瓜煮至軟身,盛起。
4.下油,油滾,加入粉絲及少量的水,煮至軟身,加入調味料炒勻,倒入節瓜和蝦米炒勻,上碟,即成。

Hairy gourd with Vermicelli and Dried Shrimps
Ingredients:
1 hairy gourd (large)
1 pack vermicelli
1 tbsp dried shrimp
4 sliced ginger
6 sliced garlic
100ml water
Some Salt

Seasonings:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Steps:
1.Scrape off the skin of the hairy gourd and cut into strips. Soak vermicelli and dried shrimps into water respectively.
2.Peel and slice the ginger and garlic.
3.Heat oil to boil. Saute the sliced garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add dried shrimp and stir fry. Add hairy gourd and add water. Season with salt. Cover with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes until it is soften. Dish up.
4.Heat oil to boil. Add vermicelli and little water. Cook until it is tender. Add seasonings and stir well. Add the hairy gourd and dried shrimp and mix well. Dish up and ready to serve.
