韓式炒年糕
材料:
年糕 1包
熟雞蛋 2-3隻
魚片 4片
大葱 1/2條
年糕辣醬:
韓式辣椒醬 1小盒
粗粒韓式辣椒粉 3湯匙
糖 3湯匙
豉油 3湯匙
糖漿 適量
水 約500毫升
做法:
1. 年糕先預先浸水30分鐘;大葱斜切;魚片切片,備用。
2. 預備一個深鍋,加入辣椒醬、辣椒粉、糖、豉油、糖漿,大火邊煮邊拌勻,接着加水拌勻。
3. 然後放入年糕,拌勻後蓋上蓋煮6-8分鐘。
4. 接着加大葱及魚片,用細火煮5-6分鐘,至年糕軟身入味,接着放入熟雞蛋拌勻,即可食用。
Korean Stir-Fried Rice Cakes
Ingredients:
Rice cakes 1pack
Hard-boiled eggs 2-3 pcs
Fish cakes 4 slices
Leek 1/2 stalk
Spicy sauce for rice cake:
Korean red chilli pepper paste 1 small pack
Korean red chilli pepper flakes 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Corn syrup Some
Water 500ml
Steps:
1. Soak rice cakes in water for 30 minutes; cut leek diagonally; slice fish cakes.
2. In a deep pot, add chilli paste, chilli flakes, sugar, soy sauce and syrup, cook in high heat while stirring constantly, add water and mix well.
3. Add rice cakes, mix well, cook 6-8 minutes with lid on.
4. Add leek and fish cakes. Simmer in low heat for 5-6 minutes until the rice cakes soften and absorb the sauce, mix in hard boiled eggs, ready to serve.
