做法:

切葱花。打蛋,拂勻,加入白飯魚,下調味打勻,加葱花。

燒熱油,倒入蛋液收中火煎,煎至一面快凝固並能移動,反轉另一面,把另一面也煎熟。蛋餅切件上碟。
