蜜糖豆 400克
蒜茸 3湯匙
鹽 適量
做法;
1. 蜜糖豆撕硬邊,洗淨。
2. 燒熱3湯匙油,中火爆香蒜茸,下蜜糖豆略炒片刻。
3. 加3湯匙水,加蓋焗1分鐘,下適量鹽調味。

Steps:
1. Tear off hard string of sweet peas, rinse well.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Stir fry minced garlic. Add sweet peas and stir well.
3. Add 3 tbsp water. Cover wok and cook for 1 minute. Add some salt.
