車厘茄燒雞肉伴自家燒烤醬
材料:
車厘茄12粒
雞腿肉2件
竹籤4支
洋葱1/2個
蒜頭3片
鹽2茶匙
黑椒1茶匙
紅糖1湯匙
喼汁1湯匙
甜椒粉1湯匙
蘋果醋1湯匙
茄汁1湯匙
紹興酒1湯匙
胡椒粉2茶匙
步驟:
1. 洋葱切粒;蒜頭切碎;雞腿肉切件。
2. 將1茶匙鹽、1茶匙胡椒粉、紹興酒加入雞腿肉,醃20分鐘。
3. 以竹籤串起車厘茄和雞肉。
4. 燒熱油,以大火炒洋葱及蒜頭,加入鹽、黑椒、紅糖,以小火炒至顏色變深啡色。
5. 加入甜椒粉、蘋果醋,煮滾再加入喼汁、茄汁,煮2分鐘,製成自家燒烤醬。
6. 燒熱油,放入雞肉串,煎至熟透。
7. 將燒烤醬放上碟,加入雞肉串。
Grilled Chicken and Cherry Tomato with homemade BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
Cherry tomato 12 pcs
Chicken leg chop 2 pcs
Bamboo stick 4 pcs
Onion 1/2 pc
Garlic 3 slices
Salt 2 teaspoons
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire 1 tablespoon
Paprika 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Ketchup 1 tablespoon
Shao xing wine 1 tablespoon
Pepper 2 teaspoons
Steps:
1. Dice onion. Mince garlic. Cut chicken leg chop into pieces.
2. Put 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, Shao xing wine into chicken leg chop, marinate 20 mins.
3. Thread cherry tomato and chicken leg chop on bamboo stick.
4. Heat the oil, stir fry onion and garlic with high heat, put in salt, pepper and brown sugar, then stir fry with low heat, until the color change dark brown.
5. Put in paprika and apple cider vinegar, cook until boil, then put in worcestershire and ketchup cook 2 mins, make as homemade BBQ sauce.
6. Heat the oil, put in chicken skewers, pan fry until well done.
7. Put BBQ sauce on the plate, put chicken skewers on top.
