三餸一湯|酒釀魚香肉絲 Stir fried Shred Pork Lean with Fermented Rice, Garlic and Spicy Sauce
食譜四川菜豬肉炒煮15分鐘以下
1. 木耳浸水;瘦肉切絲;木耳切碎;馬蹄去皮、切碎。
Stir fried Shred Pork Lean with Fermented Rice, Garlic and Spicy Sauce
Fermented rice 1 tablespoon
Chilli bean sauce 1 tablespoon
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Soak black fungus. Shred pork lean. Mince black fungus. Peel water chestnuts and mince.
2. Mince garlic. Mince ginger. Dice spring onion.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, put in garlic, ginger, stir fry until mix well.
4. Put in shred pork lean, chilli bean sauce, stir fry until mix well.
5. Put in fermented rice, soy sauce, sugar, cook 3 mins.
6. Put in black fungus, water chestnuts, cover the lid and cook 5 mins.
7. Put in diced spring onion, stir fry until mix well.
