做法:
1.薑切粒,蒜頭切碎,芥菜切塊。
2.燒熱油,爆香蒜頭,加入薑和櫻花蝦。加入芥菜炒勻,灒紹酒。
3.加入清湯,上蓋收中火燜20分鐘。開蓋,加鹽和糖調味。粟粉芡水收濃湯汁。
Braised mustard green with sakura shrimp
Ingredients:
Mustard green 2 pcs
Ginger 2 slices
Garlic 1 clove
Sakura shrimp 1 Tablespoon
Chicken broth 120ml

Shao Xing wine Little
Steps:
