【三餸一湯】蝦乾蒸水蛋

食譜雞蛋30-60分鐘

材料
雞蛋2隻(約100ml)
水150ml
蝦乾適量

做法:
1)
把蝦乾浸至軟身,打勻雞蛋。
2)
倒水與雞蛋拌勻。用小匙把蛋液表面的泡泡移走或以筲箕倒出蛋液。
3)
預備蒸碟,倒入蛋液,平均鋪上蝦乾。水滾後,放在蒸架上,中火,加蓋隔水蒸2分鐘,熄火,再蒸焗20分鐘。
4)
最後淋上豉油或熟油,以葱花裝飾,完成。

Steamed Egg with dried shrimp
Ingredients
2 eggs (100ml)
150ml water
dried shrimp

Steps:
1)
Put the dried shrimp into water until it turns soften. Beaten the eggs.
2)
Add water and mix well with the egg liquid.
3)
Pour the egg liquid into the dish. Place the dried shrimp evenly on top. Bring water to boil. Steam for 2 minutes with lid on. Remove from heat and keep warming for 20 minutes.
4)
Add some soy sauce over the egg. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Ready to serve.
