湯水香甜
這款湯水材料多多,煮出來的湯水分外香甜,有湯飲,亦有肉食,相當飽肚,無飯也不會不歡呢!
做法:
將一隻春雞的內臟清除及清洗乾淨。另外將人參切成四份,並放入雞裏,然後再將已用水浸了兩小時的糯米(大約三匙羹),連同兩粒白果、兩片核桃、一粒蒜頭、一粒紅棗及一粒馬蹄,一同放入雞裏,然後將隻雞蒸熟。將已蒸好的雞放在鍋中,加入雞腳、人參、蒜頭、紅棗及煲了三個小時的上湯,再放在爐上煲滾便成。
