材料:
蟶子 300克
粗鹽 200克
花椒粒 20克
黑胡椒 20克
香葉 2片
五香粉 10克
步驟:
1.蟶子用刷刷洗。
2.燒熱鑊,加入粗鹽炒香後,再加入花椒粒、黑胡椒、香葉、五香粉。
3.加入蟶子,蓋上蓋焗煮2分鐘,熄火焗5分鐘。

Steps:
1.Scrub razor clam.
