食譜粵菜家常菜蛋蔬菜炒15分鐘以下
1. 鹹蛋取黃,以大火蒸6分鐘,蒸熟後取出並壓爛。
5. 原鑊加入牛油,以小火煮溶,加入鹹蛋黃,炒至起泡。
Stir fried Corn and Courgette with Salted Egg Yolk
1. Take out salted egg yolk, steam 6 mins with high heat, take out and crush.
2. Dice corn. Cut courgette into pieces.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry courgette until golden brown then take out.
4. Stir fry corn in the same pan, fry until golden brown then take out.
5. Put butter into the same pan, cook with low heat, until the butter melt, then put in salted egg yolk, fry until gets bubbles.
6. Put in courgette and corn, stir fry until mix well.
