做法:

蜆乾浸水,雞件加醃料醃10分鐘。薯仔切大塊。

燒熱油,放入雞件煎香,加入薯仔拌炒。

蜆乾連水加入鍋,加水和味噌,再加生抽和糖,蓋上收中火煮25分鐘。粟粉芡水收汁。
