材料:
奄仔蟹 2隻
牛油 2塊
淮鹽 1碗
薑 2片
做法:
1.蟹沖水,擦洗並瀝乾。薑切片。
2.燒熱油,下少許橄欖油,爆香薑,加入淮鹽, 小火炒至微黃。
3.下牛油和蟹炒勻,蓋上,煮5分鐘;反轉另一面,煮5分鐘,熄火,焗5分鐘。
Salt Baked Mud Crab
Ingredients:
Mud crab 2 pcs
Butter 2 pcs
Spice salt 1 bowl
Ginger 2 slices
Steps:
1.Dip the crab in water, wipe and drain. Slice ginger.
2.Heat the oil. Add a little olive oil. Saute ginger. Add spice salt and cook with low heat until light yellow.
3.Add in butter and Stir-fry crab, mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Stir-fry the other side for 5 minutes. Heat off, keep the lid on for 5 minutes.
